If you’re looking for a refreshing beverage to help you cool off (or warm up!), you’ve come to the right place. I’ve created over 40 drink recipes ranging from creative cocktails to supercharged smoothies. I’m a huge coffee drinker, so you’ll also find plenty of tea and coffee recipes.
For the most part, I love adding a healthy twist to my drinks by using natural sweeteners, fruit and vegetable blends, and fermented ingredients like kombucha or apple cider vinegar.
