On Healthy Delicious, I focus on creating healthy drinks that also taste fantastic, and smoothies are a wholesome and easy way to start your day.

A common myth with fruit smoothies is that you need sugar to make them taste good. The truth is, my fruit smoothie recipes are naturally sweetened and they taste delicious – no refined sugar needed!

The best thing about these fruit-based drink recipes is that they’re allergy-friendly too. Strawberry banana and blueberry banana smoothies are both gluten and dairy free smoothie recipes, and they take less than 10 minutes to make.

Depending on the ingredients in them, smoothie recipes can also be a great source of protein, and many boost your immune system, too.

To add protein, my recipes primarily use yogurt, or try a delicious protein powder smoothie instead!

Ginger is known for its immune boosting properties, and pineapple ginger immunity smoothies are a delicious way to drink your way to better health!
