Spicy Air Fryer Edamame

Ingredients

  • 1 cups frozen edamame in pods
  • ½ teaspoon low sodium tamari
  • ¼ teaspoon vegetable oil or other neutral oil
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sesame oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, the toss frozen edamame with the tamari, hot sesame oil, and vegetable oil to coat.
  • Add to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Remove and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
