1 ½ cup canned coconut milk unsweetened ½ cup creamy peanut butter 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
