P.O.M. Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup BloomFresh® pomegranate arils
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mango sorbet
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice about 1 orange

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the pomegranate arils and coconut milk. Blend on high, 10-25 seconds or until blended.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high 5-10 seconds or until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
