Orange-Cardamom Dessert Coffee
- ½ cup 4 scoops freshly ground coffee
- 1 orange zested
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 8 cups water
- 4 ounces 5-year aged rum
- 8 tablespoons whipped cream for serving
In a coffee filter, mix coffee grounds, 2 tablespoons orange zest, and cardamom. Brew with 8 cups of water.
Add 1 ounce of rum to each of 4 coffee mugs. Fill to the top with coffee. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with remaining orange zest.
