Creamy Mango Smoothies

Delicious mango lassi-inpired smoothies with tangy yogurt and a hint of cardamom.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional
  • ground cardamom for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the milk and yogurt to a high-powered blender. Top with frozen mango chunks.
  • Place the lid on the blender and blend on medium for 20-30 seconds, using th tamper to press the mango into the blades. Slowly increase the speed to high and blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth.
  • If desired, drizzle in the honey.
  • Divide the smoothi bwetween two glasses. Sprinkle with cardamom.
