Piña Colada Protein Shakes
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ frozen banana optional
- 6 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
Cover and blend on high until smooth and frosty, 10-15 seconds.
Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
