Spicy Korean Tacos

Korean Tacos are a food truck classic. Now, you can make them at home with this easy recipe.

  • 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 pound chuck steak trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package Old El Paso Stand ‘N Stuff Soft Taco Shells warmed
  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced


  • In a shallow dish, combine chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar. Add the beef, turning to coat. Marinate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the beef. Cook 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve the beef in the tortillas. Top with kimchi and sliced cucumbers.
