Healthy Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing - No Anchovies

Ingredients

  • 1 container (5.3 ounces) plain nonfat Greek yogurt (about ⅔ cup)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon creamy Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the yogurt to a small bowl.
  • Grate in the garlic using a fine grater.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
