Sourdough croutons add a delicious crunch to all of your favorite salad and soup recipes. Made in the air fryer in minutes, they're a fantastic way to repurpose leftover bread and keep it from going stale.
Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes using a serrated knife.
Place the bread cubes into a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, poultry seasoning, and salt. Use your hands or a rubber spatula to thoroughly mix the bread cubes and seasoning- they bread should take on a uniform golden hue from the oil.
Transfer the seasoned bread cubes to your air fryer basket.
Air fry for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice, until the croutons are crisp and golden brown.
To store: Let cool completely, then store croutons in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
