Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Whisk in the beef stock, red wine, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, until slightly reduced.
  • Season to taste with black pepper.
