Instructions
Divide the ingredients evenly among 4 quart-sized zip-top freezer bags. Squeeze out as much air as you can; seal.
Freeze overnight, then store in the freezer until you're ready to serve them.
To make a smoothie, add the contents of one bag to a blender along with 1 cup of your favorite liquid (I like coconut water or almond milk), then blend until smooth. To make a smoothie bowl, use 1/2 cup of liquid. For an added protein boost, you can also add a scoop of collagen to your smoothie before blending.
