Add 2 cold brew coffee packs and 4 cups of water to a pitcher. Steep in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours. Remove the coffee packs and pour in another 3 cups of cold water.
Meanwhile, add the coconut milk, tahini, and maple syrup to a blender. Cover and blend for 10-15 seconds, or until combined. Pour into a separate container an refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve the cold brew over ice with as much creamer as you'd like.
