Piña Colada Protein Shakes

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ frozen banana optional
  • 6 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Cover and blend on high until smooth and frosty, 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
