– Garlic  – Rosemary – Thyme  – Salt and Black Pepper - Olive Oil - Beef Rump Roast

In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in the olive oil.

Rub the herb mixture all over the roast, making sure it’s completely covered.

Roast the beef in a super hot oven to brown the outside, then lower the heat and slow roast until it's cooked to your liking.

Remove the roast from the oven and cover with it aluminum foil. Let the roast rest for 15-30 minutes before serving.
