I do so love fried ice cream but I can’t imagine trying to make it at home! Love your version…especially since it’s WAY healthier.

I really like that there’s no actual frying. It’s hard to do without a flash freezer.

Lauren, you are so creative! This is really awesome. I love that they can be made in advance, and then pulled out of the freezer to wow your friends at a party! So fun!
