I just re-lived the whole experience reading your post and your photo of the porchetta sandwich made my mouth water all over again! Congrats on the Bertolli award. Your dish looks great…I don’t know where I was when it was being served but I missed it.

It was so nice to meet you at the blogger festival! I wished that I had been able to see your demo, but the Farmers Market put me into a gluttonous haze. Boy was I sorry that I spent all that time staring at vegetables when I realized what was waiting for me in the tasting pavilion!

Hi! I met you briefly at the Farm to Table discussion and didn’t realize you were one of the sauce winners. Congrats. Which one was yours? I tried all of them but don’t remember the order. Was it the one with the white sauce??
