					<description><![CDATA[A KEEPER but a few caveats ... our oven didn&#039;t seem to crisp after 30m so we had to broil for another 3-5m to get it crispy. 
Salt/pepper on the chicken before roasting. I wonder if this can be adapted with a skillet, sear the skin first for a few mintues, then turn over and place in the oven. I had &quot;freshly&quot; dried thyme so added to the chicken and sauce.
Used a microplane on frozen ginger wedge instead of ginger powder. Also used lime juice from a bottle as I didn&#039;t have any limes handy.

Still, the results were fantastic. Definitely making this again. 

NOTE: However, not too far from Thai bbq chicken thighs &#060; curry/cumin/cilantro/coriander seasonings are added to this base sauce; and something smoky for the bbq flavor; but will make this dish when I don&#039;t have the other spices.
