I know – egg in mustard seemed weird to me too, but it really helps thicken it up. It doesn’t taste “eggy” at all.

Damn, this sounds amazing! I kinda have a thing for hot dogs too. Only legit ones though, not nasty chopped up weird pig part hot dogs, haha.

I am obsessed with good mustard, but sadly I have never made my own from scratch. This recipe is definitely going to be my first try at it, because it looks amazing! That hot dog in the pretzel bun doesn’t look too shabby either. 😉
